Eco-Printing and Dyeing Workshop for ArtSpace Studio and Associate Members
October 5, 2024 - Time TBA
Eco-dyeing is a creative and environmentally-friendly way to transform beautiful, one-of-a-kind fabrics and textiles using plant-based dyes. You'll learn about the natural materials used, such as leaves, flowers, fruits, and roots, as well as the fabric types that work best for eco-dyeing.
This eco-dyeing workshop is a hands-on, educational experience that combines art with sustainability, allowing participants to create beautiful, eco-friendly textiles while learning about the natural world.
About the Artist: Anne Fetterly has been eco-printing and dyeing with natural dyes for the past 14 years. She graduated with a degree in Fibre from Alberta University of The Arts in 2010.
