Hello, I’m Nina Drew-Dzafovic

I am an Alberta born artist from Edmonton. After spending many years avoiding Canadian winters, we chose to settle in Creston, British Columbia. I was drawn to the milder weather and was happy to discover the wealth of the Kootenay valley's creative community. Becoming a part of it is something I am looking forward to.

My Story

I have attended countless workshops, classes and courses throughout the years. I like to experiment with sculpture, mosaic and assemblage art. Painting primarily in oil on board I love to paint portraits of people and pets. My latest work is being directed toward the narrative and I am excited to find ways to tell stories through art.

Other passions include the designing of our future house build and my toy poodle Lucy.
