Building a Clay Bust

There are a few things required for this workshop – patience, curiosity and a desire to do something you have never done before. I am a painter, not a sculptor, and building a bust made a big difference to way I work 2-dimensionally. This workshop will be very rewarding if you’re willing to move some clay around.
Building a Clay Bust Class

Saturday & Sunday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

$230 for Members
$260 for Non-Members
(Includes supplies). Maximum 10 registrants
No experience necessary.
No prior sculpting experience is required. We will have a live model and be sculpting the head and neck. The scale is life-size, and we will build the bust on an armature (you will keep adding clay on top of a paper armature).
