History of ArtSpace
Our ArtSpace program began in August 2020 with an adult oil painting class which evolved into a small group of peers wanting to paint more often, continue participating in community, and have a suitable space to pursue their work. ArtSpace originated in a Town-sponsored instructional space, which was relinquished during the pandemic. After one year at that location, ArtSpace moved to Northwest Blvd with full window frontage, shared studio space, flexible instructional space, and the capability to host screenings and other artist presentations. Our growing community is member-driven and continues to be a place where local artists and other cultural makers can come together to further their own practices while making meaningful connections to other creatives and the community at large.
